Checks before registration
- Define identifier, revision and approver rules.
- Check the received source and relevant rows and cells in the two management workbooks.
- Review previous and new drawing revisions and spreadsheet change proposals.
- Record a hold reason for mismatched identifiers, revisions or missing data.
- After approval, query the result again and confirm preservation of the previous revision.
Revision mismatch or a lost response
The synthetic registration demo includes a revision mismatch that holds the workflow. Its lost-response example illustrates result rechecking; it does not change a company register or workbook.
Real deployment requires agreed duplicate handling, retries, source and result identifiers, audit records and recovery procedures, followed by customer-system acceptance checks.
The viewer and the management system have different roles
Free provides basic file viewing. Pro provides supported search, personal review, measurement, comparison and removal of the daily open limit. It does not provide an organization register, shared approvals or workbook writes.
Enterprise combines on-premises viewing and API integration. Organizational permissions, registration rules, workbook updates and shared approvals require customer-specific integration. Start with representative files, one workflow and acceptance criteria.
Explore the workflow without company source files
The public demo uses synthetic drawings and identifiers. Inspect two workbook change proposals, previous-revision viewing, approval and hold states, and result rechecking. Example XLSX downloads are available in the demo.
